Lindy Simmons
KOA President
KOA member since 2019, Louisville, Kentucky native, and proud University of Louisville alum. I work as a Lean Practitioner at Owens Corning and previously served 11 years as an Army Infantry Officer. (“Rangers Lead the Way”). I love cheering for the Cardinals, reading Tom Clancy novels and relaxing with neighbors on Brixton Ct. Friends say I am energetic, witty, and always ready to connect. Building a strong KOA community is my passion!
Jessica Carter

I am Jess Carter, and I’m the KOA Secretary. I’m originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but I’ve lived in the Kensington community for seven years. By day, I am a proposal writer for a mid-sized IT company. By night, I write speculative fiction. My favorite hobbies include collecting fountain pens and Lego. I love books by Octavia Butler and Margaret Atwood. On any given evening, you can find me in the basement watching old episodes of The X Files. If you see me walking my dog, Sandy-- say hi!
LaMonica Ramsey

Allow me to introduce myself - my name is LaMonica Ramsey. Originally, I'm from a small town in Mississippi, not too far from the MSU campus. For nearly a decade, my family and I have called Kensington our home. When I’m not busy with work, I love indulging in baking, crafting, and cheering on my child as a dedicated travel baseball mom. As for movies, the “Run Down” and “Harlem Nights” are my absolute favorites. Looking forward to contributing and collaborating with everyone
